LJ Hooker Iluka presents "Greenwood House". A great 2 story house with that beach feel. Popular amongst our regular holiday makers with its spaciousness and fantastic location. Enclosed in a full fenced yard over two large house blocks there is plenty of room for your car and boat. Access to the yard is a breeze with dual street access from Charles Street or Queen Lane.

Situated in the heart of Iluka this property is a short walk to most things. Iluka Bay is only 50 metres away, shops and cafes located no further than a block walk away and Iluka's beautiful beaches are only a short car ride.

The family friendly property is prefect to bring the whole family plus your furry friends. Enjoy a BBQ on the large timber deck while the kids are entertained either playing pool or ping pong in the rumpus room downstairs. All of the beds mattresses have been replaced in January 2021 for your comfort and a great nights sleep.

Whether you are sitting back relaxing on the deck, fishing or enjoying Iluka's beautiful beaches you can't help but be impressed by Greenwood House!

This house is limited to a maximum of 10 guests.

Parties, large gatherings or loud music are not permitted in Greenwood House at any time. Only registered guests are permitted in Greenwood House. In the event of visitors to the property they must depart by 10pm.

    The house provided most of whatwe needed. We did book the property due to it having air con, however this was not the case. More than enough overhead and portable fans supplied. Thankfully the weather was gorgeous, all be it a couple of days rain, but always plenty to do. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our furbaby. Would certainly book again. Iluka feels like our second home and we look forward to returning. We met the owners and they were so lovely. LJ Hooker great to deal with.....again.

    The property and yard are perfect for a large family or group on a fishing or water sport holiday. In addition you are left feeling peace of mind that your stay will be a safe and secure one with excellent fencing and lockup for your items.
    The weather was not ideal for our stay but it was reassuring to use washing and drying facilities. The upstairs kitchen is fantastic and the kids love the ping pong and pool table.
    Will definitely come back!
