This 2 bedroom budget style unit is in a complex that has a swimming pool, BBQ area and a private jetty for a fish. The complex is located on the Clarence River and almost next door to the main boat ramp. Single covered carport space provided and room for a boat.

  a guest from Goonellabah, NSW does not recommend this vacation rental.

  Accommodation was described as Budget Style but that didn't mean we should face up to facilities that are broken eg broken toilet cistern cover, bathroom sliding window frame came apart when opened, covering over waste piping in bathroom was disintegrating (chipboard), leaking shower, toilet bowl loose on base, bathroom shelf disintegrating (again chipboard), no light covers in bedrooms, fire alarm went off (when checked battery said installed
  Nov 2019). General 3rd grade facilities. Tried to put in something positive about the villa but came up with nothing. The saviour for our visit was the location and availability of a private jetty. Would stay in the complex again but not villa 7.

    Hi Mary, your review has been taken seriously and the owner has now replaced the cistern, replaced the toilet bowl, replaced the 2 light fittings that were missing covers and the smoke alarm has been tested and has passed all tests.
