Little beach house is privately situated on a quiet back lane, be charmed by the house, the trees and the bird song.
It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one single bed in the sleepout room and a double pull out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has been lovingly renovated to reflect the era of the house and has a cast iron sink and gas stove with a small deck accessed via French doors. The large bathroom has a cast iron bath with shower over, as well as laundry facilities. There is a delightful lounge area opening onto an outside patio with a gas BBQ; a dining area and sunny afternoon reading corner at the end of the enclosed veranda. Polished wooden floors throughout. There is a small back yard, fully enclosed so your children and/or small dogs can play safely.
Little beach house is situated only 150m to the river, within walking distance from the Iluka Sports Fields, tennis and netball courts, and Bowls Club, Charles street shops and slightly longer walk to Sedgers Reef Hotel; Fishermans Co-Op; ferry terminal and the rainforest walk.
Access to the property is only available via Charles Lane at the rear of the property.
